Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law (TJICL) is accepting article submissions for 2018 spring publication (Issue 2, Volume 26).
TJICL publishes works by leading academics, practitioners, and judges from around the world on a wide variety of topics of international and comparative law. TJICL focuses on publishing articles covering all facets of international law, from human rights to transnational commerce to the historical evolution of current global law.

In fact I have submitted an article through Scholastica.It is about the evolution of arbitration in China, which is now under 1 review. May I just ask if it is possible or permissible to submit the same article to more journals?
Since it is the first time for me to use the app.scholasticahq, I am not quite sure of the policy of article submission. Your reply or suggestion will be greatly appreciated!
