The American University Business Law Review ("AUBLR") is accepting submissions for both our print and online publication! AUBLR publishes high-quality and high-impact pieces that combine cutting-edge legal analysis with novel solutions to address the complex challenges that impact businesses today. We are especially interested in papers and authors that represent a diverse range of perspectives, identities, disciplines, and voices.
The AUBLR Bulletin, our journal’s online companion, will consist of scholarly works devoted to topical legal and policy-oriented issues impacting the business law industry. Articles published in the AUBLR Bulletin undergo a similar editorial and spading process as articles published in our print volume, subject to the Editor-in-Chief’s discretion.
