The Capital University Law Review is accepting submissions for publication during the 2018-2019 school year! We are a general law review, and we accept submissions on any topic. Although we consider submissions of any length, we are particularly interested in publishing concise scholarship between 8,000-12,000 words (not including footnotes), or 12,000-30,000 words (including footnotes). Unfortunately, we cannot accept student articles.
The Capital University Law Review takes great pride in the articles we publish. We take a personal approach right from the beginning in our relationships with authors, and we strive to get to know the author and his or her expectations so we can best serve them and produce the best-quality piece. We are in the process of transitioning to an online format, but we will still offer our authors up to 25 reprints of their submissions and up to five copies of the Issue their submission is published in.
If you are interested in submitting a manuscript, please do so via Scholastica or by sending a copy of your manuscript and an updated curriculum vitae to lawreview@law.capital.edu.
We look forward to reading your submissions!
