University of Oregon's Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation is accepting articles for publication in our 39th Volume, forthcoming in spring 2024. If you have articles you would like to submit, we would be happy to consider them. Below is some further information regarding the submission process.
Articles must discuss new ideas and contemporary topics in environmental and natural resources law. All submissions are welcome, but we are especially interested in articles with a focus on land use, disaster law, coastal resilience, and justice topics. Articles should be over 3,000 words and must not exceed 25,000 words.
