Fordham's Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal is currently soliciting submissions for the Spring 2024 term.
For over thirty years, the IPLJ has engaged in rigorous scholarship and debate concerning copyright, trademark, and patent law—not to mention art law; telecommunications, internet, and privacy law; entertainment and media law; sports law; and the First Amendment. Its scholarship has been acknowledged throughout the wider legal community, as well: the IPLJ was recognized as the #1 intellectual property law journal, and has been a top-ranked journal in communications and media law, as well as arts, entertainment, and sports law.
The IPLJ is currently looking for articles engaging is all of these topics, with a particular interest in privacy, first amendment, art law, internet law, and mass media law.
