Call for Submissions: Idaho Law Review NREL Edition Volume 59

The University of Idaho College of Law is accepting submissions for Volume 59 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Law (“NREL”) edition of the Idaho Law Review (“ILR”). ILR invites legal scholars, practitioners, students, and researchers to submit their work for consideration in our journal. We are excited to announce our call for paper submissions and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics within the realm of environmental law. 

Topics of Interest 

While ILR accepts a wide variety of legal topics in its general addition, we are specifically seeking submissions for our NREL edition. We welcome any NREL-related topic for submission. 

Important Details

Submission Platforms: Authors may submit their articles through Scholastica or via email to our journal at review@uidaho.edu.

Editing Process: We recognize the value of your time, so we offer a rapid review process to provide authors with prompt feedback. 

Digital and Print Publication: Accepted articles will be published digitally upon completion of the editing process. Once the journal has compiled all articles and finished production, authors will receive a physical printed copy of the journal. 

Word Count: Submissions should typically be between 7,500 and 15,000 words, inclusive of footnotes.

Citation Style: Please adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th edition) for citation and formatting guidelines.

Submission Due Date: The due date for paper submissions to be considered for inclusion in Volume 59 of the ILR is September 1, 2023.
