The Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy is still accepting submissions for En Banc, our Online Edition for Vol. 37. En Banc is meant to encompass a broad range of legal scholarship from all facets of the legal community. Recommended length is 5,000 to 15,000 words, but this is not a strict requirement.
Additionally, we are also accepting submissions for Considerations, our new blog. Authors are encouraged to contribute to contemporary legal discourse by commenting on recent developments in law and public policy, as well as responding to articles published by the Journal. Articles published through Considerations are expected to be shorter, and our recommended length is less than 2,000 words.
Submissions are accepted through Scholastica or through email at notredamejlepp@gmail.com. If submitting through email, please indicate whether your manuscript is intended for En Banc or Considerations in the subject line.
