The N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation & Public Policy is continuing to accept submissions for Volume 24, set to publish in 2022. While we review and publish pieces on all topics broadly relating to legislation and public policy, we especially welcome articles focused on policymaking at the state and local level.
Ideal submissions are full papers of about 15,000–25,000 words, including footnotes. Please note we do not publish material by law students, except for pieces co-authored by a professor or practitioner.
