Greetings, Legal Scholars!

The California Western Law Review is pleased to welcome submissions for Volume 60, which will be published in three issues. Offers are available and will be extended on a rolling basis.

If you already have a submission under review with us, we thank you for your submission and are carefully reviewing each one.

New submissions are welcome on a wide range of topics, however, we are particularly interested in articles that explore emerging issues in AI and technology for our Spring Symposium edition. Only a few more spots are available for our Fall 2023 edition at this time. We will also be looking for panelists for this symposium, which will be in San Diego in March 2024, and may include honorarium.

Submissions from practitioners, post-graduate law clerks, judges or judicial officers, faculty, and practitioners in all specialties are welcome.  Other law scholars are also encouraged to submit their work.  Please include your manuscript, abstract, and curriculum vitae when submitting to our journal.

We look forward to reading all of your scholarly work!

Best Regards,
The California Western Law Review
