The University of Pittsburgh Journal of Law and Commerce is now accepting submissions for Volume 40, Issue II. We are especially interested in papers and authors that represent a diverse range of perspectives, identities, disciplines, and voices.
Submissions should be full papers of about 15,000-30,000 words in length (including footnotes). All citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21 ed., 2020). Please include a copy of your current resume or curriculum vitae with your submission. Submissions should be made electronically through Scholastica.
Please note: We are unable to consider work from students currently enrolled in JD or equivalent programs.
