The Utah Law Review is now accepting submissions for the 2023-2024 academic year via Scholastica. We look forward to reviewing your scholarship.

Submission Guidelines: We invite submissions in all areas of legal scholarship. Each year we publish two general-interest issues, an environmental issue, and a social justice issue.

Utah Law Review prefers submissions under 30,000 words, including footnotes. All submissions should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020).

Expedited Review: If you have received an offer from another journal and would like us to accelerate the review of your submission, please use Scholastica's expedite feature.

Offer of Publication: We will contact you by phone or email with an offer of publication. Once you accept ULR's offer, we ask you to withdraw all submissions of the article to other journals.

Withdrawing Your Submission: If you accept an offer of admission from another journal, please use Scholastica to withdraw your submission to Utah Law Review as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Editor-in-Chief Wesley Peebles (wesley.peebles@law.utah.edu).
