I have written a proposed LR article, and would like to identify a journal for publication, (Yours if you would like to publish it) Title "A Layman Offers Another View of Judicial Disqualification in the Federal Courts" 29,000 words, accompanied by 5 MEG of "Supplemental Materials" (EXCEL Matrices). If you would like to see this article or its abstract please advise.
