Dear Authors,

The University of Cincinnati Law Review is accepting submissions for a special symposium edition of its 91st Volume. Volume 91, Issue 4 will be dedicated to the extraordinary accomplishments and career of James B. Helmer, Jr. – a distinguished Cincinnati attorney, as well as the former Editor-in-Chief and a long-time friend of our journal. This issue, officially titled The James B. Helmer, Jr. Symposium, will focus on contemporary issues related to the False Claims Act, a central area of Mr. Helmer’s 40+ years of practice.

The James B. Helmer, Jr. Symposium issue is scheduled to be published in May 2023. If you have written or have interest in writing on issues pertaining to the False Claims Act, we invite you to submit your work of 25,000 words or less to the University of Cincinnati Law Review on Scholastica. You can also email your work to uclrsubmissions@gmail.com.
