Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly (CLQ) is accepting submissions for Issue of Volume 49.  CLQ is the country's oldest law journal devoted exclusively to constitutional issues.

CLQ
endeavors to publish high-quality scholarship that highlights diverse voices and recognizes the value diversity brings to today's most consequential legal discussions.

We highly encourage authors from communities that are traditionally underrepresented in constitutional law scholarship to submit with CLQ.

Some potential thematic topics include, but are not limited to:
- Recent U.S. Supreme Court Cases
- Constitutional implications of COVID-19 and its impact on marginalized communities
- Protest and constitutional law
- Inequality and economic consequences on historically disadvantaged populations
- Criminal justice reform and policing

You can submit manuscripts via two platforms: (1) Scholastica; and (2) E-mail to clq@uchastings.edu (Scholastica is preferred.)

For questions, please contact: clq@uchastings.edu.

Visit our website for submission guidelines:
https://www.hastingsconstitutionallawquarterly.org/submissions.

Also, if an author would like to speak in support of their article at the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly's upcoming Symposium, scheduled for January 28, 2021, please contact the Journal's Executive Operations Editor, Alyssa Ivancevich at clq@uchastings.edu with a brief bio, CV, and copy of the article submitted for publication consideration.

We look forward to reviewing your submissions!  Thank you.

Sincerely,
Meron Wendwesen
