The Buffalo Law Review is now closed for submissions for our April and May issues. We are now accepting submissions for our August 2026 issue.
Articles should be at least 25,000 words or approximately 60 to 70 pages. No student submissions will be considered.
All authors interested should use the Scholastica platform and in the submission include: (1) their completed article manuscript in Bluebook format; (2) a CV; (3) and a cover letter. The Review will conduct all communication, including publication decisions, through Scholastica and authors are invited to use it to communicate with the Review.
