Elon Law Review is a student-run scholarly journal of Elon University School of Law with a purpose to advance legal scholarship through the contribution of legal intelligent discussion and analysis of the law.
Recent articles published in the Elon Law Review have explored legal issues in areas such as judicial independence, intellectual property, freedom of speech, national security, legal education, immigration reform, and environmental law. Elon Law Review invites article submissions from all areas of legal scholarship. Scholarly articles of any length are welcome, although works of fifty pages or less are preferred. Articles can be submitted through Scholastica or e-mail (lawreview@elon.edu). Please use footnotes that conform to the 21st edition of The Bluebook. All submissions should include the article, cover letter, and a CV or resume.
