Stetson Law Review invites submissions for its Online Forum for publication during the Summer and Fall 2026 cycles.

The Online Forum publishes timely, concise scholarship that engages with emerging legal development, recent decisions, and evolving areas of law. We particularly welcome submissions that (1) respond to new or noteworthy legal developments, (2) anticipate or analyze pending changings in the law, or (3) offer focused, practical insights for courts, practitioners, and policymakers.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Essay Length: Between 4,000 and 8,000 words (including footnotes) is preferred, though shorter or slightly longer pieces may be considered depending on subject matter and timeliness.
  • Content: Submissions may address any area of law. Preference will be given to pieces that are topical, forward-looking, and practically relevant.
  • Format: Citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (22d ed.)
  • Timing: Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis for Summer and Fall 2026 publication.

Please submit manuscripts and a brief abstract via email to slrforum@law.stetson.edu.
