Stetson Law Review invites submissions to its Online Forum for the Fall 2026 publication cycle.
The Online Forum publishes timely, concise scholarship that engages with emerging legal developments, recent judicial decisions, and evolving areas of law. We particularly welcome submissions that (1) respond to new or noteworthy legal developments; (2) anticipate or analyze pending changes in the law; or (3) offer focused, practical insights for courts, practitioners, and policymakers.
Submission Guidelines:
- Length: Submissions between 4,000 and 8,000 words (including footnotes) are preferred, though shorter or slightly longer pieces may be considered depending on subject matter and timeliness.
- Content: Submissions may address any area of law. Preference will be given to submissions that are responsive to current legal issues, forward-looking, and offer meaningful guidance to courts, practitioners, or policymakers.
- Format: Citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (22d ed.).
- Timing: Submissions will be reviewed as they are received for Fall 2026 publication.
Please submit manuscripts and a brief abstract via email to slrforum@law.stetson.edu.
