The Journal of Air Law and Commerce (JALC) is now accepting articles to be considered for publication in both the Fall and Winter 2021 issues. JALC is a student-led academic journal that is published quarterly by the SMU Law Review Association. Additionally, JALC is the oldest scholarly periodical in the English language devoted primarily to the legal and economic problems affecting aviation and space. Each issue includes articles by prominent legal scholars and practitioners regarding local, national, and international issues pertaining to air, space, and commerce-related thereto.
