The Peking University Transnational Law Review (STL Law Review) is an English-language academic journal established in 2011 and independently edited by students of the Peking University School of Transnational Law (STL). We serve as a bridge between Chinese and international legal communities and welcome submissions from scholars, practitioners, and law students worldwide.

Volume 7 Special Theme: Bioethics and AI

We invite high-quality manuscripts engaging with “Bioethics and AI”, including (but not limited to):

  • data privacy and governance in health/biotech contexts
  • intellectual property and innovation policy
  • corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues in AI + life sciences
  • ethics and health policy

We are particularly interested in submissions that offer a transnational or comparative perspective on how different legal systems are addressing the fusion of code and biology.

General submissions with transnational significance outside the special theme are also welcome.
