The Women’s Rights Law Reporter is now accepting submissions for its upcoming issue. We are seeking high-quality scholarship on diverse and novel topics related to gender, sexuality, and the law.

We welcome submissions from practitioners, professors, and legal scholars. We invite both full-length articles and shorter notes.

The Reporter also invites newly completed scholarship and welcomes submissions from authors seeking a timely and engaged publication process. We are actively reviewing submissions and look forward to working with authors to bring high-quality pieces to publication.

Priority Review Deadline: June 15, 2026
Submissions received by this date will receive priority consideration. We will continue to review submissions on a rolling basis thereafter.

Authors are encouraged to consult prior issues of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter on HeinOnline or Westlaw to better understand our publication.
