The Journal of Corporation Law is now accepting articles for feedback from our peer review board. Our peer review process is double-blind and is designed to provide scholars with substantive feedback throughout the publication process. Our peer review board features both widely published and respected professors and successful practitioners working on national matters. The board’s composition can be found here: https://jcl.law.uiowa.edu/peer-review-board.
We invite legal scholars seeking publication for any of their work to submit an article for peer review by emailing the article, with a brief description, to jcl@uiowa.edu. Our editorial board will then ensure double-blindness and act as a liaison between the peer review board and the author. We recognize that many articles are in their final stages of preparation prior to submission for publication, and we hope our Journal and peer review board can be of assistance.
The Journal will then open submissions for Volume 53 publication on January 31, 2027. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Best,
