position as the "gateway to the Americas" and is the University of
Miami School of Law's second oldest law review.
•Our periodical focuses primarily on Inter-American
issues.
•Past articles have focused on a wide variety of issues
affecting the Americas, including but not limited to, human rights,
international arbitration, business and finance, immigration, and trade and
regulation.
