The Administrative Law Review (ALR) is currently accepting submissions for the Recent Developments section of its 71:3 edition, slated for publication in September 2019. The article must be ready for editing by March 2019. The Recent Developments section seeks to publish articles on new or upcoming court decisions, trends, or topics in administrative law. Articles that do not appear to fit the needs of the Recent Developments section will still be considered for publication in the ALR.
Articles may be submitted on Scholastica, Expresso, or directly to our Recent Developments Editor at alr-srde@wcl.american.edu. We ask that all articles be submitted in either Word or PDF format.
