The ASU Sports & Entertainment Law Journal organizing its 4th Annual SELJ Symposium. This year we are focusing on two topics:
- Regulatory and structural issues in the NCAA
- eSports
Our Journal is reviewing articles dealing with either of those two topics, and will invite accepted authors to serve as panelists at our SELJ Symposium. As panelists, authors will take part in a discussion about one of the above-mentioned topics. Our panelists will include an array of bright professionals who are experienced in their respective field, including scholars, private practitioners, and in-house attorneys.
The SELJ Symposium brings together professionals from the strong community of sports and entertainment lawyers in Arizona, and nationwide. The Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and Professor Rodney K. Smith help make our school a leading institution for sports law, which has contributed greatly to the Symposium's success over the last four years. The Symposium is set for Saturday, November 12, 2016, and will take place at our brand new Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law building in downtown Phoenix. Articles will be published in our Spring 2017 issue.
