We are excited to share that the Berkeley Law Latiné Journal of Law & Policy (LJLP) is accepting submissions for Volume 37!
The Journal publishes original legal and policy scholarship that fosters dialogue on the most pressing issues impacting the diverse Latiné diaspora and centers Latiné voices. We invite graduate students, scholars, and legal practitioners to contribute their work to this unique platform that uplifts critical perspectives in law and policy.
Submission DetailsDeadline: Friday, October 2, 2026
Format: Original legal or policy articles. Manuscripts should be around 6,000-10,000 words. Scholarly format is preferred.
