Call for Submissions - Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Law Review

In the Fall of 2006, North Carolina Central University School of Law created the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Law Review. This Law Review focuses on four major research areas: biotechnology, pharmaceutical regulation, bioethics, and technology transfer. As one of the only journals of its kind in the nation, BPLR occupies a unique place within the law school community.  Its goal is to expose and transform these research areas above through scholarly work that analyze and critique newly-developed issues in this realm.  The Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Law Review seeks to publish a professional periodical devoted to the areas that can be of use to judges, practitioners, teachers, legislators, students and others interested in these areas.
