The Brooklyn Journal of International Law is accepting submissions for Articles to be published in Volume 48, Issue 2 in Spring of 2023. Manuscripts may be submitted through Scholastica, or directly to bjil@brooklaw.edu.
Submission requirements:
1. Manuscript as a Word document or PDF, with page numbers and/or a word count indication.
2. An international nexus. We publish a broad range of topics, but the Article should contain an element pertaining to international law.
2. Footnotes as per the standards set forth in 21st Edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation
3. Article Abstract.
4. Author's Curriculum vitae with contact information.
Cover letters are welcome but not necessary.
