The Columbia Journal of Environmental Law is seeking submissions for the Climate Change Symposium issue published at the end of the 2026–27 academic year. Please submit manuscripts for the Symposium issue of Volume 52 via Scholastica according to the submission instructions posted on the CJEL website. CJEL is one of the oldest environmental law journals in the nation founded in 1972 and is regarded as one of the preeminent environmental law journals in the United States.
