The Connecticut Insurance Law Journal is looking for articles, essays, comments, and notes to be published on current insurance laws and issues. The selected papers will be published in Volume 29, Issue 2, set to publish by Summer 2023.
The issue will feature a variety of insurance-related articles. We welcome articles that discuss important issues in insurance law or present ways in which the insurance industry can better serve all members of society. We also welcome articles highlighting emerging insurance issues, prospective insurance products, and early case law commentary related to developing trends within the legal field.
Papers should generally be between 10-25 pages. After selection, the final drafts are due January 15, 2023.
