Hello!

I am excited to share that we are now accepting submissions for Volume 59 of the Connecticut Law Review. The Connecticut Law Review is the oldest, largest, and most active student-run publication at the University of Connecticut School of Law. We are a journal of general legal scholarship and will publish four issues in 2026-2027. The Connecticut Law Review welcomes your submissions on law and law-related topics.

We strongly prefer that authors submit their manuscripts through Scholastica. We also will accept submissions via email at connlrev@uconn.edu. Please include a Microsoft Word version of your manuscript (.doc or .docx), a brief abstract, and a CV or resume with your submission. Cover letters are optional, but assist us in better understanding your interest in publishing with us.

Manuscripts should be double-spaced and use footnotes rather than endnotes. Text and citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation and the Chicago Manual of Style. The Connecticut Law Review encourages the use of gender-neutral language.

The Connecticut Law Review does not accept submissions by students enrolled at schools other than the University of Connecticut School of Law. However, we do accept submissions from faculty, practitioners, judges, etc., from anywhere and any practice area.

We appreciate your interest and look forward to reading your work. We are confident we can we can provide you with a productive, supportive, and rewarding publishing experience.

With appreciation,
Cael Losenegger
