Call for Submissions - Cybaris®, An Intellectual Property Law Review Vol. 17

Cybaris®, An Intellectual Property Law Review is published annually by the Mitchell Hamline School of Law IP Institute. We are currently accepting submissions for Volume 17, to be published in 2026.

Cybaris®️ is a student-edited law review at Mitchell Hamline School of Law that publishes student and professional articles covering contemporary issues in intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, cybersecurity, and related transactional matters. 

Cybaris®️, An Intellectual Property Law Review is affiliated with the Intellectual Property Institute at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.  The rigorous editing and oversight by the Board of Editors and Faculty Advisor(s) ensure articles are of the highest academic quality.
