Duke Law & Technology Review (DLTR) is now accepting submissions for our Volume 27 through August 31, 2026. DLTR is a student-edited law journal devoted to scholarship focused on the doctrinal and practical changes driven by emerging technologies.

We are seeking original scholarship that examines the evolving relationship between law and technology. We welcome articles addressing cutting-edge issues, including: Artificial Intelligence, Intellectual Property, Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Governance, Technology Transactions, and other innovative topics at the forefront of legal and technological change.

Submissions are accepted through Scholastica and reviewed on a rolling basis until all publication slots are filled. We encourage authors to submit early for full consideration.

We look forward to reading your work and advancing the conversation on the future of law and technology.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Stettler
