The Emory International Law Review (EILR) is currently accepting article submissions for Volume 41, with issues scheduled for publication January 2027 and April 2027. EILR enjoys a worldwide reputation in international law and comparative law, and it publishes on a wide range of issues from human rights to international arbitration to international intellectual property law and beyond.
We are currently accepting submissions from scholars, including practicing attorneys, judges, and professors. At this time, articles written by current law students or recent graduates will not be accepted. Manuscripts should not exceed 25,000 words, including footnotes. Submissions will be accepted until July 25th, 2026.
