The Georgetown Environmental Law Review is currently accepting article and student note submissions for Volume 39!
The Georgetown Environmental Law Review publishes thoughtful and rigorous scholarship addressing environmental law and its intersections with natural resources law, administrative law, international law, state and local law, energy law, and related fields. For Volume 39, each issue will be organized around a unifying theme, with Issue One focusing on environmental justice. We welcome submissions engaging with this theme, as well as scholarship addressing the full range of environmental law issues traditionally covered by the Law Review.
