Georgia Law Review has reopened submissions for Issues 2 and 3 of Volume 61, scheduled for publication in Winter and Spring 2027. We have limited slots available and welcome original legal scholarship that makes meaningful contributions to legal doctrine, policy, and public discourse.
Submission Guidelines:
(1) Manuscripts should be no longer than 30,000 words, including footnotes.
(2) Submissions should follow The Bluebook citation format and use footnotes exclusively.
(3) We welcome articles across a broad range of legal fields, including scholarship that engages with doctrine, policy analysis, regulatory reform, institutional change, and emerging legal issues.
(4) Authors should submit manuscripts through Scholastica. The current production schedule is as follows:
- Issue 2 (Draft Due: Sep. 15, 2026 | Anticipated Publication: February 2027
- Issue 3 (Draft Due: Oct. 1, 2026 | Anticipated Publication: April 2027)
Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all available slots are filled.
