The Journal of Law, Economics & Policy (JLEP) is now accepting submissions for its '26-'27 publication cycle. JLEP focuses on the legal side of law and economics while providing readers with greater access to economic insights about legal and policy issues.
The Journal invites authors to submit manuscripts for inclusion in our peer-reviewed issue. Authors should only submit articles that have not been previously published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Consistent with the Journal’s stylistic goals, submitted articles should be clear and concise. Preference is given to submissions that are thirty pages or less, double-spaced, including footnotes. Citations must conform to the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
The Journal prefers submissions to be sent electronically to jlepsub@gmail.com in Microsoft Word or other compatible formats. Submissions may also be made through Scholastica or physically mailed.
