The Houston Business and Tax Law Journal (“HBTLJ”) is accepting submissions for its printed publication. HBTLJ provides a forum for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to explore corporate and tax law trends and developments by publishing two issues per year with scholarly articles focusing on a variety of topics within those areas. The journal also publishes select student notes written by our provisional members, and shorter pieces that utilize our unique corporate codes of conduct database discussing trends in Fortune 500 companies.

Ideally, submissions to the journal will be around forty pages double-spaced and speak on areas of law, including business, tax, and intellectual property. You may submit through our Scholastica page, or directly by emailing submissions@hbtlj.org.

We look forward to receiving your submissions. Please feel free to contact Tyler Burdon, Chief Publications Editor, at tcburdon@cougarnet.uh.edu with any questions you may have.
