IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for IP is accepting submissions for Issue 1, scheduled for printing in Fall 2024. We have a particular need for articles relating to patent law or trademark law.
For over 50 years, IDEA has published articles on legal topics relating to patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, general intellectual property, and law and technology issues from around the world. We are committed to our mission to be recognized worldwide as the premier intellectual property publication providing practical articles which address new, controversial, and potential developments in intellectual property and related fields.
