Call for Submissions: IDEA Volume 67

IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property is now accepting submissions for Volume 67. We will be publishing three issues in the 2026 – 2027 academic year.

IDEA continuously strives to be one of the premier publications in the field of intellectual property law. For over 50 years, IDEA has published articles on legal topics relating to patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, and general intellectual property issues from around the world. We are committed to our mission to be recognized worldwide as the premier intellectual property publication providing practical articles which address new, controversial, and potential developments in intellectual property and related fields.
