The Indiana Health Law Review (“IHLR”) is now accepting submissions for publication for Vol. XXIV. IHLR is a student-led journal dedicated to exploring current health law topics.
The Indiana Health Law Review Editorial Board invites legal scholars, practitioners, and advocates to contribute original, scholarly articles critically analyzing significant legal developments and public policy issues in the field of health law, including, but not limited to, trends in biotechnology, bioethics, AI, managed care, antitrust, health care organizations, mental health, medical-legal research, medical malpractice, public health and food and drug law.
For consideration in our Fall Issue, please submit your article in Scholastica by July 20, 2026. Submissions received after this date will be considered for our Spring Issue.
