Indiana University Maurer School of Law's IP Theory is still accepting articles for publication in Volume 16.

IP Theory is a forum for essays and opinion pieces relating to intellectual property law and related fields. Our publications tend to be more concise than typical law review articles. While we do not have a word requirement, most pieces contain at least 3,000 words. We also publish book reviews and reviews of other literature in IP and allied fields. IP Theory provides authors with a variety of formats to provide commentary, present research, and inform the IP community about developments in the law and legal practice.

This year, we are particularly interested in publishing patent and trademark articles.

Submissions are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis, and earlier submissions are preferred. Articles may be submitted through Scholastica or by emailing our Editor-in-Chief, Carson Arnold, at iptheory@iu.edu.
