The Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law (JBEL) is accepting submissions for publication in its forthcoming Volume XX (2026-2027). The Journal is primarily seeking articles, comments, and case notes in the following legal fields:
Business, Entertainment, Entrepreneurship, Sports, Media, Intellectual Property, Technology, Finance, and Real Estate.
Article citations must conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Authors should include a brief summary of their biographical data, either in the footnotes of the submission or as an attachment. Articles should be submitted in digital format via Scholastica. Publication decisions are typically made within three weeks of submission with acknowledgement given to expedited decision dates.
