Cardozo's Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice (CJERSJ) is now accepting submissions for its 28th volume. For over twenty years, CJERSJ has published pioneering legal scholarship reflecting and commentating on the ways the law relates to social justice. Our annotated legal bibliography on issues of equal rights and social justice is the first and most prestigious of its kind, and our footprint in the scholastic legal community is constantly growing. We welcome all submissions relating to human rights and international law, race relations, family law, healthcare, immigration, criminal law, employment law, and civil rights.
