The Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy Volume XXXI, Issue II is looking for submissions!
Please submit if you are a practicing attorney that has an article which touches on topics that affect trial and appellate litigation. If you have an article that bases the foundation on Massachusetts law, that is preferable! However, we accept articles for various topics: criminal, civil, contract law, constitutional law, property law etc.
We are looking for length between 45-60 pages (including footnotes), with a strong argument.
Please note we do not accept articles from current Law Students or Law Fellows.
