The Lincoln Memorial University Law Review is now accepting submissions for Volume 14, Issue 1, scheduled for publication in December 2026. We invite legal scholars, practitioners, advocates, and students to contribute original scholarly work critically analyzing significant legal issues across any area of law.
We welcome submissions addressing any legal topic and encourage contributions that offer thoughtful, original, and substantive analysis of emerging or established legal issues.
All submissions must be received by September 10, 2026. Authors can tentatively expect a decision regarding their submission by September 12, 2026.
