The Loyola Consumer Law Review (CLR), is now accepting submissions for Vol. 29.1 (2016). CLR is dedicated to advancing a scholarly dialogue in the legal community about consumer issues.
Consumer law is a vast subject area encompassing nearly every aspect of modern life, from bankruptcy, administrative regulations, trade, anti-trust litigation, corporate governance, and commerce.
Submissions should include a component regarding consumers. All footnotes should comply with the 20th Edition Bluebook. The Review publishes at least three issues per year by the students of Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
