The Marquette Benefits & Social Welfare Law Review is now accepting submissions for Volume 25, Issue 2, which is due to be published in May of 2024.
The Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review publishes articles devoted to international and domestic civil rights and social justice perspectives on employee benefits, disability, elder, health, poverty, and social insurance law.
