Call for Submissions: Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies, Constitutional Law Issue

The Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies is currently accepting submissions for Volume 2, Issue 2. This themed issue will focus on constitutional issues surrounding emerging technologies. Submissions will be considered on a rolling basis and the submission window will close on January 31st, 2021. We are interested in any article relating to constitutional law and technology, surveillance technology and policing, free speech and the internet, and vaccine requirements in light of COVID-19.

About the Journal
The Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies (JET) transforms the landscape of legal publications by bridging legal scholarship with that of science, policy, and ethics in the most groundbreaking innovations of the technological space. JET provides a truly interdisciplinary platform in which a variety of viewpoints on emerging technologies can be articulated, promoted, and assessed. JET showcases a network of ideas that extends beyond the imaginary lines that tend to limit academic scholarship.
