The New York University Journal of Legislation & Public Policy will begin reviewing submissions for Volume 29 on August 1st. While we review and publish pieces on all topics broadly relating to legislation and public policy, we especially welcome articles focused on policymaking related to the most pressing issues today (immigration, LGBTQ+ rights, AI, etc.).
Papers must be at least 10,000 words excluding footnotes. Please note that we do not publish material by law students, except for pieces co-authored by a professor or practitioner.
Please submit drafts via Scholastica or directly email them to sae.legis@gmail.com. All submissions should include a short abstract and a curriculum vitae. We will give every submission received careful consideration. We look forward to hearing from you!
